We are looking for a talented, hungry, experienced sales hunter and closer to help us scale our web design and technology company.

This is role offers an uncapped commission structure so that a strong performer will earn six-figures.

We’ll expect you to self-generate 90%+ of your own leads. You are building a territory and book of business. We’ll empower you with tools to combine with your own creativity and persistent prospecting activities.

Our Company:

Strattmont Group is a fast-growing technology company leading the way in managed IT servicer, network security, video surveillance, and compliance. Our processes are easy, training is exceptional, and our environment is nothing but positive.

Role Overview:

Your role as Senior Sales Executive is to be one of our sales team members responsible for finding and enrolling clients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Take company generated leads and even some appointments and present our products. (We have proven scripting and price point that will allow a strong closing rate.)
  • To generate your own prospect leads and follow up to close new clients. You can generate leads by prospecting through social media, outbound dials to targeted prospect lists, networking events, setting up talks (with you doing the talks, or if the event is large enough, arranging for one of our executive members to do the talk with you there to cultivate leads and follow up to close business), arranging for strategic alliances or content partnerships with aligned organizations, etc.
  • Persistent and ongoing sales follow up with leads not closed on first consultation to close at a future date. You will be building a solid sales pipeline and following up regularly with these business owners to eventually enroll them in the program.
  • Keep clear notes and concrete next steps for all prospects in the CRM. This is critical to build a pipeline that pays off handsomely over time.
  • Once a sale is closed, follow the client enrollment and new client hand off process to ensure smooth on boarding of clients.
  • Manage the relationship for the first six months post on boarding. During this period you’ll have an opportunity (if appropriate) to upsell the client to a longer term contract with additional products and earn additional compensation.
  • Generate referrals from new clients. This happens by asking clients for referrals and is a great way to leverage successful enrollments into even more clients for yourself.
  • At the six months mark, you’ll hand off the relationship to a Customer Relationship Manager and get back to work at your core role — finding and closing new coaching clients.
